APRICOT * TARRAGON * HONEYSUCKLE 

White Pressed Pinot Noir was inspired by vin clair, the still white wine before the secondary bottle fermentation of Champagne. We extract only the first two-thirds of the juice normally pressed from the fruit, capturing neither color nor tannins from the red Pinot Noir skins.
